    Life is chaotic but it is up to us to slow down, nobody can do this for us.  Create an environment for yourself that you trust and can grow within. Know what is important to you. Reach out to someone and put a smile on their face. Life is full of gifts and opportunities. Seek them out. Know that inside you is an inner strength that can help you face all adversity.
