    Kick the Habit of Self Doubt  

    Do you have self doubt? Are you frustrated by having self doubt? Are you stuck and not achieving the goals that you desire? You can alter this behavior. You can be joyful, happy and confident in yourself. It’s up to you to take charge, be mindful and create change.. You always have choice.

    If you are lacking confidence, start now, change your negative thoughts to a positive thought. It can take some practice but you can do it. Little change brings big changes.

     

    The Don’ts

    • Don’t dwell in self doubt,
    • Don’t let what others think stop you from what you desire.
    • Don’t beat yourself up.
    • Don’t focus on what was negative in your past.

    The Do’s

    • Focus today to bring a positive thought into your mind.
    • Be committed to you, be your best friend.
    • Focus on now and what you can control. 

    John Maxwell sums it up with the idea of feeding the positive emotions until they begin to win over the negative ones. You will never remove doubt but you can move away from your doubt.

    Have a positive attitude and work on always thinking positively. Over time this will help you feel more confident in your abilities. You will find that confidence takes practice, courage and boldness. Remember that it all starts with believing you can be confident and before you know it, YOU will be. 

    Work daily to become the confident YOU! Continue to be strong and believe in your abilities as you live your passion. You can do anything that you put your mind to. It only requires you to keep moving forward and you will undoubtedly kick the habit of doubting yourself.

    Feed your body with healthy foods that provides it good fuel and you will definately notice the benefits. Eating healthy is much better than eating junk food and feeling the negative effects after the initial enjoyment has passed. Such habits cause you to desire more food and are not healthy for your body.     Apples  Apricots Bananas, Black olives, Cantaloupe, Cherries Cranberries, Grapes, Honeydew melon, Lemons, Peaches, Pears Pineapple, Plums, Prunes, Raisins, Watermelon, Barley, Brown Rice Buckwheat.

    Avocados, Broccoli Brussels sprouts, Carrots Cauliflower Cucumbers, Eggplant. Garlic, Green beans, Onions, Peas, Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes Tomatoes, Almond milk, Cottage cheese, low fat yogurt.
