Avocados, Broccoli Brussels sprouts, Carrots Cauliflower Cucumbers, Eggplant. Garlic, Green beans, Onions, Peas, Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes Tomatoes, Almond milk, Cottage cheese, low fat yogurt.
