Coaches Do Inspire & Motivate You to Reach Your Goals

Have you found yourself looking for ways to help motivate you to reach your goals? After doing some online networking I was exposed to many new people all over the world by the internet. I saw many positive attitudes as many of the people were coaches.  I had no idea what coaching was about but I had a good feeling inside and I could feel the positive energy through the telephone as a smile came to my face. What I have come to learn and would like to share with you is my love for coaching and how every woman should have a coach in their life. Coaching Is an interactive process that assists people in moving forward in their personal and professional life whichever you choose and it can help you with both if you are ready to do the work. During the process one can find clarity in your goals, awareness, and create a plan to achieve your desires.

In May of 09 I chose a life coach from over 40 coaches, with a 8 minute conversation on a online networking call,  Kimyon Zari  of 1 Diamond Coaching. One of our discussions on a coaching call led me to decide it was time to invest in self care.  In late September 09 I had the courage to take action and begin a weight loss journey. I found a trainer a life moderation coach, Gena Livings on Twitter,  whose tweets intrigued me from day one.   Both of these women inspired me, and have made a huge impact in my life.  What was once a dream of losing weight, turned into a reality with both of their dedication, support and heart that inspired me though the process of achieving my goals.  December 10th, 2010 my goal weight became a reality. Most people say they want to lose weight and it’s their intention, to live a new life, but never find the time to begin the action and living it.

As I reached my weight loss goal that I made when I first started Gena’s program-what seemed to be a dream, difficult and impossible to achieve for the past 20 years. You don’t need to know all your answers in advance; you just need to have a clear idea of the goal you want to reach. In order to achieve your dream you need to take one step at a time. If you can muster up the courage to begin, you can find the courage to succeed if you stay focused.

Having a coach, one that is positive, one that lifts you up and is there for you, assists, supports, and inspires  you through your challenges and encourages you to soar is well worth the investment. You are motivated as you break your problems into parts and handle one part at a time.  A good coach keeps you accountable, challenges you, and creates favorable conditions to make you feel that you can become great, and accomplish what you desire.

As you can see Natalie explains things in such a way that is very clear like my coaches and very inspiring. The video shows great tips for staying motivated. I especially like the points made of breaking down goals into achievable steps, finding a mentor, be around positive people, create fun, and be able to visibly see your progress.

With this in mind LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT. Nothing meaningful happens by itself or will help to motivate you to reach your goals without you putting work behind it. It will all come your way, once you understand that you have to make it come your way, by your own efforts. Only you hold yourself back, or stand in your own way. A great lesson to learn is only YOU can help yourself. You control the decisions, and you control the actions.
