  • Like you say, you have to be ready to do the work but unfortunatly a lot of people think that if they take supplements they don't have to do any of the hard work. Some supplements can help you to shift those few extra pounds but without hard work and determination no amount of supplements are going to help. It is definitely important to try and stay healthy when losing weight and these shakes look pretty good, i will have to give them a try.

Weight loss has always been the second law of thermodynamics; eat less, exercise more, or both.   • I thinks suplements can be a nice help to lose body fat, but being careful comes first. Lots of people do diet and find out that when they finish it, the lost weight comes back.

    That is because the lost weight was muscle tissue, water and essential nutrients, and not body fat. The only weight that is really excesive weight is in the bad body fats. All else, if you lose it, the body will recover it, and faster than you could believe.

    My optimal weight loss solution goes in eating healthy and doing moderate exercise. Along time, overweight dissapears and doesnt come back ever.
