Are you rushing in the morning or have a to do list that is overwhelming you with no time to eat? Do you ever skip breakfast? I did for years, rushing off to work and never taking the time to nourish my body for the day.  By the time I would look at the clock it was already the afternoon and without anything to fuel my mind, I was irratable and not an easy person to be around. It took a whie but I’ve learned that skipping breakfast is not such a good idea.

Skipping breakfast is pretty much the norm and remarkably an overlooked factor for many who wish to loose weight. Your body needs to be fed, refueled and nourished a few times each day. This is part of a healthier path toward reaching your weight loss goals. When you skip breakfast you tend to over-eat and choose foods that are not the healthiest choices by the time lunch and dinner rolls around. (Been there done that)

Inspire yourself to eat breakfast for it is a healthy way to start your day. Doing so will put you in the right mindset and also help you to loose weight while supporting better choices during the day for healthier weightloss. Protein Shake Mix Bar Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups organic peanut butter

• 1 ¾ cups honey or agave nectar

• 2 ¼ cups Arbonne Essentials™ Protein Shake Mix powder*

• 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions:

1. Mix peanut butter and honey in a microwaveable bowl.

2. Heat for 60–90 seconds. Mix well.

3. Add Protein Shake Mix powder and mix well.

4. Add rolled oats and mix gently.

5. Spread in a 9×13 pan.

6. Refrigerate 1 hour.

7. Cut into 24 squares.
