Revisit Get Inspired To Take Action Toward Better Health

Transform your life today and make that lifestyle change toward a healthy life because YOU are Important!  Many people are not sure if they are getting the nutrition they need because of their busy schedules. Fast food and processed foods are an easy choice for people on the go and who are not paying attention to their health and well-being.  Are you getting the nutrition you need on a daily basis? A combination of vitamins, minerals and exercise will lead you on a path to healthier living plus feeling energized. Each small step that you make each day can have major impact on your health in the future.

Three Simple Healthy Tips to set in motion to take Action

  • Get rid of unhealthy foods, or snacks from your refrigerator, cabinets, and office.
  • Get rid of fast food and processed food that do not have good vitamins, minerals, and full of too much sodium, and fat.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast to start your day.

It’s not expected of you to stop eating or go on a crash diet.  A small step each day will foster good habits for your path of improved health and wellness.  There are many simple options that you can make if you are ready to for a change. If you are still eating unhealthy food but you are committed to make a change then simply start by reducing the unhealthy food that you eat regularly. Not sure what is unhealthy then here are some common foods and drink culprits that may be getting in your way.

  • Fried food
  • high sodium candy
  • Regular soda
  • high fat frozen meals
  • White flour

Choose one item at a time so as not to overwhelm yourself. When I started on my journey my favorite food to eat was French fries, I cut them out, and then added white rice another unhealthy food to cut out to begin my weight loss journey years ago.  I realized I was eating these foods a few times a week and they were not nourishing my body. Start replacing unhealthy food with healthy foods that can benefit your body and be found at your grocery store. They will feed your brain and fuel your body while giving you more energy. Challenge yourself to eat more nutritious foods, vegetables, fruits and proteins. Making the change of incorporating healthy nutrient rich foods that are essential to maintaining optimum body function was a new beginning for me and could be a solution for you.

Some of Optiongirl’s favorites are:

Broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, apples, bananas, black olives, cantaloupe, cherries, grapes, honeydew melon, almonds, lean beef, cashews, chicken, eggs, un-breaded fish, flaxseed, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, pineapple, whole grain and whole wheat breads, whole grain pasta, tuna, walnuts, low fat cottage cheese low fat yogurt with active cultures, and recently almond milk; which I have added in my Arbonne Protein shakes.

Getting started the right way

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For those of you who are on the run like me, time is of essence, so start your day with a breakfast adding an Arbonne protein shake that will deliver 20 grams of vegan protein, plus 20 essential vitamins and minerals per serving.  Arbonne protein shakes are made with a Vegan Protein Blend which is one of the most absorbable forms of protein that is available today. Every “body” is different and has unique needs but it is still important to get good nutrition on a daily basis. Reduce your fast foods, junk food and substitute healthy choices. Take the money you will save and invest in your future.  Learn to become fully aware of your health and begin your commitment to doing something about improving your health & wellness. Take the initiative because only you can control how to feel healthier, It takes only a few small steps to begin. Just start with a desire to nourish your body and take care of you. Get the vitamins and minerals you need throughout the day to help you feel and live better. A new commitment to lead a healthier lifestyle is not a “diet.  Find the inspiration from within and take better care of yourself. Every day you hold power to improve your health. Make a good choice of what to eat and repeat it over and over. If I can do it, so can you!

Create an excellent week! ~Bonnie
