7 Tips to Happiness and Feeling More Relaxed

Would you like to feel good right now?  Gratitude is the start of happiness. Show your gratitude and appreciation for yourself and others. With a conscious daily practice of gratitude, you will find the strength to any challenges you may have. Being thankful brings an abundance of confidence, love, and joy into your life. Your mental and physical health will benefit from practicing daily appreciation.  When you feel good, it’s easier to lift the spirit of others and to be supportive of their needs too.

Reach out today to give thanks to someone you care about. Give them a call or send them an email letting them know you are thinking of them. Know they will appreciate you reaching out.   . Give thanks to yourself as well. Tell them “thank you” or share a simple “I appreciate you” and see what happens. One kind word of encouragement from you can make a difference.

You don’t know the challenges that others may face or how your kindness can impact another’s life. Today is a great day to sincerely reach out and help someone by giving words of hope or a word of wisdom that lifts their mood and places a smile on their face. You will also smile and feel more relaxed. Often, I give thanks for all I’ve been given and reflect on my wealth and well-being journey. It amazes me how small changes over years add up. I have learned the importance of focusing on having a positive mindset, practicing self-love, and finding the solution when challenged.

Knowing and believing you will find the way will carry you through. Remember to remind yourself in time, the struggle will pass. Life is full of change and challenges. Do the best that you can do. Each step including those challenging times I experienced on my journey, brought me to where I am now, living a healthier lifestyle, happy, and more peaceful. So can you. Here are some ways to make it happen:

  1. If you are pressing and feel a bit overwhelmed, stop focusing on what’s not working, and redirect your attention to finding solutions. Think of one positive thought that makes you feel better and focus on that.
  2. Surround yourself with people who you trust and support you.
  3. Avoid taking what others say personally or allowing their words to stop you from achieving your goal.
  4. Have a good laugh with a friend today. Laughter is good for your soul.
  5. Keep a journal. Write down ten things you are grateful for every day and notice the shift in how you feel.
  6. Schedule plenty of “you” time on your calendar. Use the time to do what you love.
  7. Do something each day that you have wanted to do. Everything you do will get you closer to achieve your goal.  I’m here to partner with you.

Choose at least one tip from above to put into practice now. The way you feel each day influences your happiness.  Keep believing good things are coming your way. Stay centered in the spirit of gratitude, relax and choose happiness.
